Breaking News forum

Often times I find myself wondering where to put a topic especially if it is breaking news item like the landslide in La Conchita Ca. It is not really a winter or chat related itme. It is Breaking News...

I would like to suggest a Breaking News forum speciffically for Breaking news items such as Tornado warning, landslides, mudlsides, blizzard warnings, flood warnings, etc...Gary

Just so that you are all aware:

If there is a news item that is posted in the Breaking News forum I may from time to time move it to the main News forum so that it appears on the frontpage of DHC. 

This may involve some changes to the original post including formatting and removal of some parts but it will still be credited to the original poster of the news.

We really like this tool and I have been posting it on the forum to help people.   I do have one question.  To us it seems  session_path is doing the look up wrong.  From what we see the check assumes that mod_php is used with no suexec.   

Can you confirm this?

An idea occurred the other week regarding forum posts and required information to be able to assist. Many users are unsure of what to provide or how to find the required information.
