The station is powered by a Davis weather station. The data is collected every 5 seconds and the site is updated every 5 seconds. The station is comprised of an anemometer, a rain gauge and a thermo-hydro sensor situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible.

About This City

Village of Lakewood Club originated in 1912 as a resort association. In 1940 the village changed from a resort town to a residential area. The village is located about 14 miles north from the city of Muskegon and is located in Dalton Township. Many of the homes in the village surround the public accesss lake called Fox Lake. The village is in a quiet location and is very active in the summer months and displays a huge fireworks display over fox lake each year around July 4th. The populataion was 1291 during the 2010 census.
